The cloudless sky energized Diego. He was eager to return to Taina, filled with the hope of seeing his Yara again.
Murmurs from his crew mates lured him out of his daydreams. A three-masted ship disrupted the endless blue skies, flying a black flag marked with a red eye.
The pirates disembarked their ship by the hundreds, outmatching 100 Iberian sailors.
Yara would never see her Diego again.
